Our Athletic Development Program is a comprehensive, multi-sport training experience designed to build well-rounded, confident, and skilled young athletes. Whether you’re just starting out or preparing for competitive play, this program offers a progressive pathway to athletic excellence through a variety of specialized sessions:
- Basketball Clinics: Focused skill-building sessions that develop core basketball techniques including shooting, dribbling, passing, and defense, all in a fun and supportive environment.
- Intro Series: Basketball and Volleyball: A beginner-friendly introduction to both sports, teaching the fundamentals through engaging drills and games. Perfect for young athletes exploring their interests.
- Volleyball Clinics: Skill-focused training that covers all aspects of volleyball, from serving and passing to setting and hitting, tailored to each athlete’s level.
- Pre-Season Volleyball Training: High-intensity sessions designed to prepare athletes for school or club tryouts. Emphasis is placed on conditioning, advanced techniques, and team strategy.
This program is ideal for youth athletes looking to improve their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the benefits of structured, sport-specific training. Led by experienced coaches, each session promotes physical literacy, teamwork, and a lifelong love of sport.

Get ready to hit the ground running this season with our high-energy preseason volleyball training! Designed for athletes of all levels, this program builds strength, sharpens skills, and prepares you for competitive play.
Daily Session Breakdown:
5:00 – 5:30 PM | Mobility, Conditioning, Strength & Power
Each day features a different focus to build a complete athletic foundation:
Monday: Core Stability & Mobility
Tuesday: Plyometrics & Power Development
Wednesday: Strength Training (Upper & Lower Body)
Thursday: Speed & Agility
5:30 – 6:30 PM | Skills Development
Technical drills: serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking
Position-specific training and footwork
High-rep practice to build consistency
6:30 – 7:30 PM | Gameplay & Tactical Training
Live scrimmages and situational play based off the skills worked on previously
Team strategy and communication
Real-time feedback and coaching
